Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead business profitability deep dives for internally challenged businesses and recommend actions to improve margins.
  • •Support Sales Directors and BU leadership by reviewing commercial performance (volume, mix, and organic sales growth) on a regular basis.
  • •Develop reporting to enhance visibility into account and territory performance, including tracking versus incentive targets.
  • •Support Protein Finance and Commercial teams for Sales Annual Operating Plan (budget) and Sales Incentive Plan processes.
  • •Partner with Marketing as the “voice of Finance” for deal analysis, proforma preparation, and deal structuring; support preparation of financial data for presentations.

Key Requirements

  • •Provide commercial finance analytical support and demonstrate comfort manipulating large data sets to draw insights.
  • •4-year college degree required with emphasis on business administration, finance, or engineering (engineering preferred).
  • •5+ years of Amcor experience or 5+ years of financial analytics experience.
  • •Strong analytical skills with confidence communicating insights upward to Sales and Marketing leaders.
  • •Ability to work independently with high responsiveness and flexibility to changing business needs, including travel.
