Job Summary

Provide commercial finance analytical support for Amcor Flexibles North America’s Liquid segment, partnering closely with Commercial leadership, Sales Directors, and Marketing to drive margin improvement. Perform profitability deep dives, track commercial performance against incentive targets, and support Sales Annual Operating Plan and Sales Incentive Plan processes. Serve as the “voice of Finance” in deal analysis, proforma preparation, and deal structuring, supporting internal and external presentations.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead business profitability deep dives for internally challenged businesses and recommend actions to improve margins.
•Support Sales Directors and BU leadership by reviewing commercial performance (volume, mix, and organic sales growth) on a regular basis.
•Develop reporting to enhance visibility into account and territory performance, including tracking versus incentive targets.
•Support Protein Finance and Commercial teams for Sales Annual Operating Plan (budget) and Sales Incentive Plan processes.
•Partner with Marketing as the “voice of Finance” for deal analysis, proforma preparation, and deal structuring; support preparation of financial data for presentations.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of Amcor experience or 5+ years of financial analytics experience.
•Strong analytical skills with confidence communicating insights upward to Sales and Marketing leaders.
•Ability to work independently with high responsiveness and flexibility to changing business needs, including travel.
