Senior / Associate Cost Manager (Estimating) - Data Centres

Lead cost estimation and financial planning for data centre projects, from conceptual estimates and feasibility studies through detailed cost plans across design stages. Build and maintain estimating models covering building, infrastructure, CSA, MEP, power, and specialist systems, using internal and external market data for benchmarks and cost intelligence. Provide commercial advice, scenario modelling, and cost-risk evaluation to support investment decisions and business cases in a dynamic data centre environment.
