•Lead and develop managers and teams of Field engineers in Presales and Professional Services
•Promote Canonical technologies and act as a trusted advisor to solve customer problems
•Coach, mentor, and provide career development feedback to team members
•Plan and manage progress on agreed goals and projects
•Represent the team and product to stakeholders, partners, and customers, driving collaboration across teams

Key Requirements

•Must have thorough technical understanding of the telco NFVi (VIM), NFVO, VNFM and MEC space and key telco cloud infrastructure technologies like CPU Pinning, NUMA, SR-IOV, DPDK
•Familiarity with telco architecture and industry standards
•Working knowledge of at least one domain: Mobile Packet Core (4G/5G), Private Network, RAN, Voice, IP Backbone, VAS or OSS/BSS
•Knowledge of cloud computing concepts and technologies (Kubernetes, OpenStack, AWS, GCP, Azure, Ceph)
•Experience in technical presales and in leading, coaching and mentoring engineers and managers
