Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform risk identification and assess the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls across ByteDance global functions.
  • •Conduct risk analysis and root cause analysis, including identifying risks and analyzing underlying causes.
  • •Recommend and develop analysis tools and templates to improve efficiency and effectiveness of processes, approvals, and policies.
  • •Provide research, analysis, and insights to support management reporting as needed.
  • •Work with cross-functional teams to establish action plans that improve the overall control environment.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • •High professional proficiency and exemplary English communication skills to support APAC and EMEA.
  • •Familiar with procurement process logic, with compliance-related experience in procurement.
  • •Strong analytical skills with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
