Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet patients and visitors and provide accurate information about services, policies, and processes.
  • •Follow operational procedures to ensure seamless coordination between patients, medical staff, and other departments.
  • •Follow up on medical requests (e.g., medication dispensing, lab, radiology, information retrieval/referral) and support special needs cases.
  • •Perform administrative and documentation tasks including admissions/discharges/transfers, maintaining patient files, and processing invoices.
  • •Assist with booking appointments, coordinating outpatient services, handling front-desk interruptions, and supporting clinic staff while resolving complaints.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in healthcare service or a related area.
  • •Ability to manage patient engagement and customer service, including addressing inquiries and concerns with escalation when needed.

  • •Proficiency using the organization’s HIS (Health Information System) for operational needs.
