Key Responsibilities

•Lead the Quality team to achieve business goals and ensure day-to-day operations align with customer demand
•Drive a culture of compliance through collaboration with Operations and Manufacturing
•Oversee development of Quality team capabilities (Inspection, NDT, MRB, Gage Calibration, Metrology and MCL)
•Secure resources (equipment, manpower) to meet long-term and near-term goals and optimize allocation
•Lead process improvement initiatives using DMAIC, CORE, and Lean to reduce cycle time and costs and improve quality

Salary: 132,400 - 251,600 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 10+ years of relevant experience, or Advanced degree with 7+ years of experience
•Demonstrated leadership and management experience
•Experience with AS9100/ISO 9001 quality systems
•Proficiency in quality tools (FAI, PFMEA, DFMEA, GR&R, GD&T) and DMAIC/CORE/Six Sigma
•Experience in root-cause corrective action and eliminating non-conformances
