Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent and 6+ months of agricultural experience (Field Adjuster I) OR 4+ years in the agricultural or crop insurance industry (Crop Claims Specialist).
  • •Crop Adjuster Proficiency Program (CAPP) certification must be obtained within 180 days of hire date.
  • •Must have reliable personal transportation and travel within the assigned territory (and travel outside the assigned area as needed).
  • •Be able to meet RCIS Crop Adjuster physical requirements, including walking up to 3 miles, climbing storage bins up to 25 feet, lifting 25-50 lbs, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • •Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills with strong organization, multi-tasking, and prioritization; intermediate Microsoft Office skills are preferred.
