Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop machine learning models for forecasting, classification, recommendation, optimization, clustering, and anomaly detection.
  • •Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to analyse structured and semi-structured datasets, including EDA, feature engineering, training, validation, and evaluation.
  • •Build reusable notebooks, scripts, and pipelines to support repeatable machine learning delivery and ongoing model monitoring and improvement.
  • •Translate business problems into testable hypotheses, measurable outcomes, and communicate insights, outputs, and recommendations clearly to technical and business stakeholders.
  • •Support model deployment and handover by contributing to MLOps practices such as model versioning, deployment support, performance monitoring, and responsible AI considerations.

Key Requirements

  • •6-10 years of commercial experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Advanced Analytics roles.
  • •Strong hands-on Python experience for data analysis, feature engineering, and model development.
  • •Strong SQL skills working with complex or sizeable datasets.
  • •Solid understanding of supervised/unsupervised learning, statistical modelling, feature engineering, validation, evaluation, and optimization.
  • •Hands-on experience with Python ML libraries, especially Scikit-Learn, and at least one of XGBoost, LightGBM, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
