Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, implement, maintain, and enhance the group compliance framework including Policies & Procedures, Compliance Management System (CMS), and Code of Conduct.
  • •Conduct compliance risk assessments and evaluate control effectiveness, identifying improvements and partnering with business stakeholders on risk-based enhancements.
  • •Drive compliance monitoring, testing, and assurance, identifying gaps, recommending remediation, supporting corrective actions, and reporting to senior management.
  • •Serve as subject matter expert for regulatory topics including Anti-Bribery & Corruption, International Economic Sanctions, and Human Rights Violations, advising on developments and impacts.
  • •Lead complex compliance investigations and initiatives (whistleblower/internal investigations/compliance reviews) and contribute to continuous improvement of the compliance program.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or a related discipline and 7+ years of experience in compliance, legal, or related functions (ideally international and fast-paced).
  • •Experience managing people, including leading and developing small teams.
  • •Strong expertise in compliance frameworks, including Anti-Bribery & Corruption, International Economic Sanctions, CSRD, and other regulatory/governance requirements.
  • •Demonstrated ability to run compliance programs end-to-end, independently handling risk assessment, policy implementation, remediation, and issue resolution.
  • •Fluency in English; German proficiency is desirable.
