Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and drive Finance for the Nordics, including P&L shape, RGM, and act as a key commercial partner to the business.
  • •Own strategy, investments, target setting and tracking, P&L shape, closings, AOP, and the strategic plan.
  • •Navigate multi-market Nordics complexity (five markets) by adapting financial strategy and controls to customer landscapes.
  • •Lead, coach, and develop the finance team, with ambition to grow as expansion progresses.
  • •Partner with all functions as a member of the Nordic Leadership Team, driving engagement across the Nordics organization.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • •Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role, ideally within FMCG, with strong commercial acumen.
  • •Expert-level skills in financial strategy and commercial areas, including P&L ownership and target setting/tracking.
  • •Strong negotiation and leadership capabilities, including experience developing and coaching high-performing teams.
  • •Working knowledge of marketing to collaborate effectively cross-functionally (Swedish or other Nordic language skills are an advantage).
