Job Summary

Provide continuity of care by building ongoing patient relationships and supporting overall physical and mental health to help keep patients out of the hospital. Perform duties under the Medical Director/CMO, ensuring quality and standards of care, safe environments, compliance with regulations, and ongoing CME. Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions, order tests, prescribe medications, support preventive care, manage records, and coordinate referrals and multidisciplinary care.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform duties under the direction of the Medical Director/CMO while ensuring quality care and adherence to standards.
•Provide ongoing patient consultations and initial medical care, including physical exams and review of medical history.
•Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, order additional tests, interpret findings (e.g., blood tests), and recommend treatment or referrals.
•Prescribe appropriate medications and lifestyle alterations, provide preventive care and health education, and respond to patient wellness concerns.
•Ensure safe, compliant operations (laws, regulations, Compliance, HSE, and Quality Management), maintain patient records, and coordinate multidisciplinary care.

Key Requirements

•5 years’ post graduate experience, including 2 years in a government or semi-government facility.
•Minimum 1 year of experience in GCC (preferred).
•Strong knowledge and advanced skills in general medicine/GP practice.
•Ability to work long hours and perform under pressure.
•Demonstrated self-organization, communication, relationship, and engagement skills.
