Lead retail operational management across O&O and partner retail channels, ensuring consistent execution of standards, policies, and processes. Drive operational excellence across stores by monitoring compliance across inventory, staffing, and store operations, identifying gaps, and implementing improvements. Own weekly/monthly retail performance reporting and KPI analysis to inform actionable recommendations. Lead retail training and capability development, acting as an operational liaison between HQ and field teams.
