Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain a high level of customer service and uphold Fitness First brand standards on the gym floor.
  • •Provide market-leading fitness expertise by engaging with members, delivering personalized training, and providing motivational support.
  • •Ensure attentiveness on the gym floor by assisting with exercise correction, instruction, and advice to maximize effectiveness and safety.
  • •Complete required training and development, including MY ZONE/6D/RISE certifications, keeping knowledge up to date, and maintaining CPD/relevant requirements.
  • •Manage performance and administrative duties such as delivering to Fitness KPI’s, updating sessions in the Fitness Enterprise System, supporting client bookings, and liaising with other departments.

Key Requirements

  • •Secondary Education – A level or equivalent.
  • •Personal Training Certified (REPS A level) or equivalent, or working towards (enrolled).
  • •Complete a Personal Training qualification in line with UAEReps requirements.
  • •Undergo and complete certification for MY ZONE, 6D and RISE training via the Fitness First Education Academy.
  • •Complete CPD points (minimum 3 per quarter via IDEA Club Connect, plus 1 live course annually) and maintain REPs certification by completing 10 CPD points per year.
