Maintain excellent customer service and uphold Fitness First brand standards on the gym floor, ensuring safe and effective exercise execution while supporting members with motivation and feedback. Complete required training and certifications (MY ZONE, 6D, RISE), maintain REPs requirements and CPD points, and handle day-to-day KPI tracking and administrative duties.
