Job Function: Manufacturing & Production Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive KPI indicators for the responsible area and shared KPIs to ensure timely delivery of products/projects with high quality and low cost.
  • •Monitor production activities toward daily/weekly/monthly targets, minimizing costs and ensuring best practices.
  • •Maintain daily shop floor visibility to visualize progress and address production issues promptly.
  • •Ensure execution aligns with procedures and WI registered in Pandora system, including resource management for effectiveness.
  • •Lead analysis of issues and implement short-term actions with long-term preventive measures.

Key Requirements

  • •Must have experience coordinating production on a shop floor, with proven ability to monitor daily/weekly/monthly targets and drive improvements.
  • •Ability to manage assets and ensure proper maintenance of manufacturing equipment and facilities.
  • •Strong understanding of occupational safety, labor laws, and company code of conduct; ability to enforce EHS standards.
  • •Experience mentoring and motivating a production team to adopt best-in-class practices and develop competencies.
  • •Proven capability to follow standard work instructions (WI) and routing to align with production plans.
