Key Responsibilities

•Support AI and chatbot initiatives by organizing, reviewing, and refining representative-facing FAQ content for usability and accuracy.
•Assist with SharePoint migration from BOX by organizing files, validating placement, and helping clean up and structure content for governance.
•Review SOP and work instructions to identify outdated/duplicative documentation and improve consistency and clarity.
•Help clean up survey data by reviewing records, identifying discrepancies, and validating data quality.
•Provide analytical support across projects by monitoring progress, identifying risks/gaps, summarizing findings, and helping maintain momentum.

Key Requirements

•Be a current undergraduate or graduate student.
•Strong analytical skills to review information, identify patterns/issues, and recommend practical solutions.
•Comfort with AI and digital tools, including Microsoft AI Agents and AI-enabled processes.
•Highly organized with strong attention to detail for quality checking and maintaining consistency across documents/systems/datasets.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with SharePoint and Smartsheet is preferred.
