Key Responsibilities

•Create and implement change management strategies aligned with organizational goals.
•Identify and engage stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure buy-in for change initiatives.
•Assess potential impacts of changes on processes, systems, and personnel.
•Develop communication plans to keep stakeholders informed throughout the change process.
•Design and deliver training programs and monitor/evaluate effectiveness, adjusting as needed.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
•Proven experience in change management or organizational development.
•Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
•Proficiency in change management methodologies and tools.
•Ability to work collaboratively across various teams and levels of the organization.
