Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform preventive maintenance and lubrication on doors, door closers, and the truck entrance gate, and follow Lockout/Tagout procedures.
  • •Clean and maintain work areas, including painting-related cleanup, trimming bushes and trees, and keeping outside maintenance areas audit-ready.
  • •Support safety and daily checks, including eyewash station and ladder checks, restroom temperature checks, and daily lighting inspections and bulb replacements.
  • •Repair and maintain restroom fixtures such as sinks, urinals, and other restroom components.
  • •Transport and pick up materials as needed and coordinate/oversee outside contractors when required.

Key Requirements

  • •3 years of maintenance experience; experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • •Ability to comply with Lockout/Tagout procedures and complete required Lockout/Tagout training before job training begins.
  • •Must be certified to operate scissor lifts and boom lifts, and able to obtain forklift certification.
  • •Ability to lift 50 lbs. daily and work in harsh conditions for short periods (heat, cold, rain, snow, wind, water, mud).
  • •Ability to read work assignments and repair information, record work logs, and troubleshoot restroom fixtures.
