Job Summary

Perform mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting on diesel- and gasoline-powered ground support equipment (GSE), including de-ice trucks and other fleet vehicles. Conduct routine and preventive maintenance, diagnose issues across engines, hydraulics, and electrical/automotive systems, and support repairs and minor overhauls. Maintain accurate maintenance logs and equipment records, mentor Level I technicians, and partner with operations to reduce equipment downtime.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct routine and preventive maintenance on all GSE, including de-ice trucks.
•Troubleshoot engines, hydraulics, electrical, and automotive systems.
•Assist with repairs, engine/component removal, and minor overhauls.
•Maintain accurate maintenance logs and equipment records.
•Mentor Level I technicians and collaborate with operations to prioritize maintenance and minimize downtime.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18.44 - 31.31 hourly

Key Requirements

•1–3 years of mechanical, automotive, or heavy equipment maintenance experience, or strong mechanical aptitude with training.
•Experience with diesel engines and diesel-powered equipment (preferred).
•Ability to read schematics and technical manuals.
•Valid driver’s license required; CDL preferred but not required.
•Must complete a pre-employment non-DOT drug test and FAA background check.
