Key Responsibilities

•Provide leadership in HSE management and compliance across ADNOC projects within a PMC framework.
•Review and endorse contractor HSE plans, procedures, method statements, and risk assessments.
•Monitor project HSE performance and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
•Plan and conduct HSE audits, inspections, and assurance activities.
•Lead incident investigations and risk management efforts, ensuring lessons learned are integrated into project activities.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related discipline

•Lead Auditor certification (ISO 45001 and/or ISO 14001) preferred
•Typically 15+ years of HSE experience in the oil and gas industry
•Minimum 5–8 years in a PMC, EPC, or major project environment
