Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes that meet client expectations.
  • •Manage design scope to ensure projects are delivered within budget and programme constraints.
  • •Identify project resourcing needs and engage with relevant team leaders to ensure adequate resource allocation in line with project needs.
  • •Demonstrate strong technical understanding and maintain awareness of current industry practices and innovations.
  • •Lead the quality assurance process for project deliverables, ensuring compliance with standards and client requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •BEng Civil Engineering degree (or equivalent)
  • •Be professionally qualified with a relevant body (ICE, CIWEM etc.) or actively working towards professional accreditation
  • •Significant experience in the water or wastewater industry
  • •Strong project leadership and resource management abilities
  • •Excellent communication and mentoring skills
