Key Responsibilities

•Directly manage and lead Workplace teams across the CEE business, covering building operations, food & beverage, front of house, shipping & receiving, events support, and Environmental Health & Safety.
•Proactively manage workplace costs and people/resource efficiency across workplace operations.
•Build, lead, and mentor an inclusive Workplace team focused on continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence.
•Engage VP-level executives and senior leaders across functions to align workplace services with strategic business objectives and initiatives.
•Partner with functional teams (Space & Occupancy, Design & Construction, Real Estate, Security) and cross-functional groups to deliver the EO strategy and improve employee/visitor experience.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Significant leadership experience managing high-performing teams with a strong focus on excellence.
•Ability to influence VP-level executives and drive strategic workplace initiatives.
•10+ years of experience in a similar role, including managing multiple corporate buildings and leading teams across functions.
•Innovative mindset to drive high-quality workplace services and operational improvements.
•Strong experience in vendor management, stakeholder communication, and multi-location leadership.
