Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage all piping fabrication activities, including shop fabrication and modular assembly, aligned with the EPCM execution strategy.
  • •Ensure adherence to ADNOC Gas standards, project specifications, and applicable international codes (ASME, ASTM, API).
  • •Coordinate with Engineering to ensure fabrication drawings (isometrics, spool drawings) are accurate, complete, and issued per fabrication priorities.
  • •Coordinate with Procurement and Supply Chain to ensure timely availability of piping materials and special items.
  • •Oversee QA/QC and fabrication yard operations, including material traceability, welding procedures (WPS/PQR), NDT requirements, inspection test plans (ITPs), schedule monitoring, and HSE compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 20 years of oil & gas project experience, including 8–10 years in a senior piping fabrication management role.
  • •Proven experience on large-scale EPC/EPCM projects, preferably with ADNOC Gas or similar Middle East operators.
  • •Strong knowledge of piping fabrication processes, welding, materials management, and quality control requirements.
  • •Extensive experience managing fabrication yards and subcontractors on multi-billion-dollar projects.
