Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Director Financial Controller France in preparing and coordinating the monthly close for management accounts, including variance analysis.
  • •Review the monthly income statement, balance sheet, and key balance-sheet reconciliations.
  • •Ensure agreed accounting activities are performed in line with national regulatory reporting requirements and standard processes/controls, including US GAAP.
  • •Support statutory audit processes for local US GAAP as needed by engaging external auditors to ensure process, timing, and consistency.
  • •Create management reports for receivables and payables and assist with control tools, procedures, and corrections; improve reconciliation quality and contribute to internal reporting standards and process normalization initiatives.
