Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with asphalt production and plant maintenance by performing servicing/greasing, changing belts, and maintaining cleanliness.
  • •Direct general operations of loader operator, laborer, and scale operator to support production.
  • •Maintain inventory of plant parts, grease, asphalt oil, and other supplies.
  • •Load trucks with proper materials for delivery and check fuel, oil, grease, and loader parts to ensure equipment functions.
  • •Perform general maintenance and repair as assigned and assist crews with shoveling, clean-up, and general labor; communicate material/equipment issues to supervisors.
