Job Summary

Lead portfolio management across Honeywell’s offerings by driving portfolio performance, lifecycle management, and strategic choices (Core, Maintain, Harvest, Exit). Own margin and delivery at material and customer levels, set revenue targets, and use market and competitive analysis to refine positioning. Develop and execute product/portfolio strategy and an operations roadmap, partner with global cross-functional teams (R&D, ISC, engineering, sales, marketing, support), and lead a regional offering management team in a matrix environment in Shanghai.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and refine product/portfolio strategy and maintain a roadmap of features and enhancements over time.
•Execute product portfolio operations strategy aligned to business objectives, including defining vision, goals, and priorities and driving execution across teams.
•Drive product lifecycle management from ideation through launch and end-of-life, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
•Set and manage portfolio revenue targets and monitor performance metrics (e.g., revenue, market share, acquisition, retention) to drive improvement.
•Lead cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication; manage and develop a regional offering management team across IMC Greater China.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 10 years of expertise managing a portfolio of products, projects, and investments.
•Proven track record in portfolio performance management and lifecycle management.
•Strong understanding of Master Data Management.
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (MBA ideal).
•Demonstrated analytical/problem-solving, strategic decision-making, and ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
