  • •Develop and evaluate policies for Right-of-Way occupation, encroachment, and inspection protocols with internal and external stakeholders.
  • •Lead initiatives to enhance field-inspection practices and regulatory frameworks using AI-powered violation detection and advanced monitoring technologies.
  • •Execute and monitor field inspection campaigns for violations related to excavation, encroachments, and utility works; allocate inspection areas and update rosters.
  • •Supervise inspection reporting and clearance certificates for completed infrastructure projects; review records, issue warnings, and escalate major breaches.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a master’s degree in transportation engineering (or a related field).
  • •5+ years’ experience with a master’s degree (7+ years’ experience with a bachelor’s degree) in a related field.
  • •Experience governing inspection protocols and Right-of-Way occupation/encroachment frameworks.
  • •Ability to draft MOUs and agreements with government and semi-government entities.
  • •Experience leading field-inspection campaigns and managing compliance through corrective action and audit follow-up.
