Key Responsibilities

•Lead taxability determination for new product and feature launches, including detailed indirect tax analysis and business advisory.
•Partner with Tax and Technology teams across regions to identify, create, and implement globally scalable processes and solutions.
•Monitor and communicate legislative and regulatory changes in indirect tax and assess their impact on the business and products.
•Review and document the company’s tax positions on existing products and services to ensure accuracy and mitigate risk.
•Lead/support multi-state tax audits and related issues, developing and executing tax audit readiness programs.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or higher in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.
•At least 5 years of indirect state and local tax experience focused on sales/use taxes in a public accounting firm, Government, and/or a US multinational company.
•Strong technical knowledge of U.S. indirect tax, especially Sales and Use Tax.
•Ability to communicate complex tax concepts to non-tax professionals.
•Experience collaborating with Tax and Technology teams across regions to create globally scalable processes and solutions.
