Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage cost accounting and financial analysis systems and maintain accuracy of product costs, production costs, and manufacturing variances.
  • •Oversee plant financial accounting and payroll processes, including internal controls.
  • •Provide direction for internal/external financial reporting and forecasting, including plant performance, production reporting, and inventory functions.
  • •Lead preparation of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Long Range Plan (LRP), and performance projections; develop SOX compliance controls and coordinate audits.
  • •Provide financial analysis to support plant operations, including continuous improvement, LEAN and Safety initiatives, and cost reduction/new product support.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required; finance or accounting preferred.
  • •4+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment with standard cost and variance reporting.
  • •Knowledge of GAAP, cost accounting, fixed assets, general ledger accounting, payroll, and SOX.
  • •Advanced PC skills including SAP, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
  • •Must reside in the United States; sponsorship is not available.
