Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently provide operational support for electrical system issues and change improvements.
  • •Independently provide technical support for electrical upgrades driven by operations and capital projects.
  • •Conduct independent technical reviews of project designs and deliverables for capital sustaining projects.
  • •Provide technical leadership on electrical engineering studies and sustaining capital projects across the full project lifecycle.
  • •Oversee and maintain Single Line Diagrams, ETAP Model, and Relay Setting File; provide onboarding and training on IOC standards and practices.

Key Requirements

  • •A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering with a specialization in Power Engineering.
  • •Professional Engineer registration with PEGNL, or eligibility to obtain registration.
  • •Extensive experience delivering electrical engineering solutions in industrial, mining, processing, manufacturing, utilities, or other large-scale operational/brownfield environments.
  • •Knowledge of power distribution systems, electrical asset management, and engineering design practices.
