Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently carry out general labor responsibilities for grain operations promptly and efficiently.
  • •Develop and maintain knowledge of commodities handled and comply with company policy and government regulations.
  • •Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading and load/unload agricultural inputs using heavy or light duty machinery/equipment.
  • •Control and monitor load-out functions, including operating automated scale/dump systems.
  • •Conduct daily/weekly/monthly maintenance tasks, inspect equipment for leaks, maintain clean/safe work areas, and complete record keeping.

Key Requirements
