Key Responsibilities

  • •Own assigned government reference architecture programs end-to-end, serving as the single point of ownership.
  • •Manage technical, cost, and schedule baselines to keep milestones and risk burndown aligned with commitments.
  • •Provide program financial management, including budgets, burn tracking against funding, and producing defensible EAC/ETC forecasts.
  • •Plan, drive, and deliver CDRLs and contract deliverables, managing submission schedules, internal authoring/review cycles, and compliance with data item descriptions.
  • •Represent program status directly to the customer by running program reviews and technical interchange meetings and maintaining customer and internal stakeholder relationships.

Salary: USD 166,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of progressive program management experience on government or defense programs, including direct ownership of cost, schedule, and technical performance.
  • •Active US Secret clearance.
  • •Experience with systems engineering and/or software engineering.
  • •Experience managing government reference architectures.
  • •Hands-on ownership of contract deliverables (CDRLs), including planning, driving submissions, internal review cycles, and compliance with data item descriptions.
