Universal Banker - Atlantis

Provide timely, accurate client transactions and maintain proper handling of assigned funds while delivering a consistently excellent client experience. Educate customers on digital self-service banking (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking) and support sales through outbound calling, identifying needs, and routing opportunities to specialists or branch teams. Serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution while following internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies.
