Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Plant Manager by planning, organizing, staffing, and directing all operational activities to achieve plant and sector goals.
  • •Coordinate plant functions across manufacturing, materials, production control, purchasing, quality assurance, planning, HR, accounting, engineering, and environmental health & safety.
  • •Support plant EH&S improvements, investigations, and corrective actions to meet federal laws and company standards.
  • •Improve quality and customer satisfaction by strengthening procedures and controls to increase first pass yield and warranty results.
  • •Lead through the Trane Technologies Business Operating System and partner with Operational Excellence to develop lean manufacturing programs and tools.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 137,800 - 186,060 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent technical discipline is required; MBA preferred.
  • •10 to 15 years of manufacturing operations experience, including at least 5 years in a manufacturing/plant operations leadership role.
  • •Preferably experience as Plant Manager of a small to medium sized manufacturing plant.
  • •Experience implementing Lean culture in a manufacturing environment and leading OPEX (Operational Excellence) culture.
  • •Experience with Environmental Health and Safety and a union environment is a plus.
