Build and optimize analytics that improve payment operations: design and implement data models and pipelines used to identify operational actions and customer friction points across the payment journey. Key Responsibilities

•Build and optimize data models and pipelines used to identify operational actions and customer friction points in the payment processing journey.
•Develop and improve an operational forecasting model to predict capacity based on future workload demand.
•Create, track, and own key metrics for the organization, including forecast accuracy and data health of pipelines, keeping them accountable throughout the quarter.
•Present insights through meaningful reports and effective visualizations to help other teams discover actionable insights from data.
•Collaborate with senior stakeholders and communicate insights to drive real customer impact.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 3,500 - 5,000 monthly

Key Requirements

•Strong experience with SQL and building data pipelines, with comfort working with complex data models and independently designing and implementing new models.
•Strong quantitative skills, ideally with a background in statistics, mathematics, physics, engineering, analytics, computing, or other scientific areas.
•Strong communication skills to translate business insights into clear analytical narratives that drive customer impact.
•Ability to structure business problems with minimal supervision, prioritize collaboratively with stakeholders, and take ownership of customer impact.
•Experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau) and confident storytelling with data.
