Key Responsibilities

•Own the Enterprise Pipeline Number and design the enterprise demand generation strategy with accountability for pipeline volume, quality, and velocity.
•Build and maintain pipeline coverage targets in partnership with Sales leadership (3–4x coverage ratio).
•Report pipeline metrics weekly to senior leadership and run monthly pipeline reviews with Sales.
•Own the marketing-to-sales funnel end-to-end: MQL definition, lead scoring, routing logic, qualification criteria, and handoff SLAs.
•Hire, develop, and lead a focused demand generation team; establish cadence for campaigns and performance reviews.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 245,000 annually

Key Requirements

•7–10+ years of experience in demand generation, revenue marketing, or pipeline-focused growth marketing in B2B SaaS or AI technology.

•Fluency with the modern demand stack (Salesforce, Marketo or HubSpot, 6sense or Demandbase, attribution platforms, intent data).
•Experience building or scaling a demand program in a startup or high-growth environment.
