Job Summary

Own end-to-end transition planning for Digital Workplace services, including scope, timelines, governance, milestones, and acceptance criteria. Lead knowledge transfer from client and incumbent vendors, drive service readiness assessments, and manage RAID/risk and corrective actions. Plan offshore ramp-up and capacity, coordinate reporting dashboards and tool integrations (ITSM, M365, asset/CMDB), and oversee financial/commercial governance while stabilizing and handing over to BAU teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop comprehensive Digital Workplace transition plans covering scope, timelines, milestones, governance, and acceptance criteria.
•Define and execute the transition approach (phased/wave-based/big-bang) and establish KT strategy, including role/service-based KT and hypercare readiness.
•Lead knowledge transfer sessions and ensure documentation completeness (SOPs, runbooks, SLAs/OLAs, workflows, access guides, known errors, scripts) and repository setup.
•Own transition governance, RAID and risk management cadence, milestone monitoring, escalations, and go-live readiness criteria including security/access/compliance/change control.
•Plan staffing and offshore ramp-up aligned to transition waves, coordinate reporting/tool integrations (ITSM, endpoint tools, DeX telemetry, asset/CMDB), and oversee stabilization/handover to BAU with lessons learned.
