Key Responsibilities

  • •Set technical direction for platform-spanning Service Tools workstream, owning outcomes end to end with partner teams.
  • •Advance the AI-assisted development platform, including agent skills/tool integrations, evaluation harnesses, and telemetry for human intervention.
  • •Scale build and merge infrastructure for a large JVM monorepo using Bazel, remote build execution/caching, merge-queue throughput, and test sharding/selection.
  • •Raise the bar on testing with coverage and mutation signals, AI-authored tests, and faster local and pre-merge feedback.
  • •Modernize the codebase through automated refactoring and use developer/production telemetry to drive prioritization, while mentoring engineers.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 212,000 - 265,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •9+ years of industry experience with a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree, or 6+ years with a PhD.
  • •Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree, preferably in CS (or equivalent experience).
  • •Proficiency in one or more backend server languages such as Java or Kotlin.
  • •Experience architecting high-scale distributed products/services with well-designed APIs, data pipelines, and efficient algorithms.
  • •Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across teams outside your reporting line.
