Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, validate, and maintain production test programs, scripts, and procedures, including NPI bring-up and mass production support.
  • •Provide on-site technical support for production test stations, ATE, and fixtures, diagnosing test failures and performing RCA.
  • •Analyze test data to improve FPY, yield, and throughput (UPH), optimizing test flow and parameters to reduce cycle time.
  • •Support test fixture and equipment management, including coordinating with vendors and ensuring calibration and preventive maintenance requirements.
  • •Support quality and compliance activities, implement CAPA for test-related issues, and collaborate across design, manufacturing, quality, equipment, and IT teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • •3+ years of production line management on final assembly and testing.
  • •Hands-on production test systems or ATE experience, including developing or maintaining hardware/software of ATE.
  • •Strong test system debugging and failure analysis skills.
  • •Electrical measurement and instrumentation knowledge, plus the ability to analyze test/yield data.
