Key Responsibilities

  • •Use TIG welding to fabricate stainless steel piping spools between 3/4” and 3” diameter.
  • •Interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and technical drawings to meet engineering specifications.
  • •Inspect welds for quality and compliance with industry standards and safety regulations, adjusting as needed.
  • •Perform assembly work such as drilling and tapping into carbon steel, mounting components, bolting up pipe spools, and routing stainless steel seal-gas tubing.
  • •Execute welding and assembly work safely and in adherence to welding codes and procedures to support manufacturing operations.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven welder experience with a minimum of Level 2 certification or equivalent skills.
  • •4+ years TIG welding experience, accurately applying it across fabrication tasks.
  • •4+ years reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints to execute welding projects.
  • •4+ years welding inspection and quality assurance experience to ensure safety and quality compliance.
  • •4+ years working with welding equipment and materials including carbon steel and stainless steel, plus measuring equipment for fit-up and preparing welding materials.
