Key Responsibilities

•Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for customer prediction and decisioning across the full customer lifecycle, deciding what action, where, and when.
•Synthesize customer insight, commercial context, competitive signal, and ML advances into a multi-quarter strategy and quarterly objectives.
•Run a predict-and-optimize portfolio by advancing CLV, propensity, and uplift models and pairing them with budget/constraint optimization for maximum return.
•Drive adoption of prediction outputs as operational decisions across experimentation guardrails, CRM/communication decisioning, and growth/product strategy.
•Define success metrics and lead cross-functional alignment to scale consistent, explainable decisioning across markets and touchpoints.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 185,850 - 224,500 annually

•6+ years of product management experience at Senior or Staff level, with a track record of shipping products that impact at scale across multiple markets.

•Data-driven fundamentals: define success metrics and design/interpret A/B and incrementality experiments, reasoning about causal impact.
•Comfort working hands-on with data (including SQL) to derive insights and recommendations.
•AI-native operator who uses modern AI tools for analysis, research, prototyping, and hypothesis testing faster.
