Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

•Design, build, and maintain backend services powering Spreetail's fulfillment operations (inventory management, order processing, carrier integrations, exception handling).
•Own the reliability and correctness of transactional systems that FC operations depend on.
•Lead technical design within your pod—drive architecture decisions, establish patterns, and enforce code review standards.
•Identify and address systemic issues such as performance bottlenecks and data consistency gaps; debug and resolve production issues with clear stakeholder communication.
•Collaborate with product managers and FC operations teams to translate operational requirements into sound software design; mentor SE II engineers and raise engineering quality.

•5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong backend focus in C# and the .NET ecosystem
•Deep proficiency in design, build, and maintenance of production services

•SQL Server / PostgreSQL for transactional data
•AWS (EKS, S3, SQS, EventBridge) and CI/CD with GitLab pipelines
