Job Summary

Lead client-facing construction claims management across assigned accounts spanning multiple lines of coverage. Serve as the primary escalation point for complex/high-exposure matters, coordinating carrier engagement, internal SMEs, audits, and reserve monitoring. Drive claim stewardship through onboarding protocols, structured reviews, and pre-renewal reporting, using dashboards and benchmarking to recommend strategies that reduce frequency, severity, and overall cost. Occasional travel for client and industry events.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate and oversee claims services across assigned construction accounts, acting as the primary claims contact for clients and producers.
•Provide strategic client advisory support throughout the claim lifecycle and serve as a senior escalation point for complex/high-exposure claims.
•Lead onboarding/re-onboarding and establish claim protocols, reporting procedures, service plans, and client claims profiles.
•Monitor large losses and significant reserve changes; coordinate claims audits and stewardship reviews, including high-exposure roundtables.
•Prepare pre-renewal stewardship reports and deliver claims dashboards and management reporting tools using analytics and benchmarking to inform actionable strategies.

Salary: USD 110,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree required.
•15+ years of experience managing construction claim programs with broad exposure across major construction-related casualty lines.
•Direct experience with OCIP/CCIP wrap-up programs and construction project placements.
•Solid litigation experience and comfort discussing litigation strategy, reserve issues, and resolution options with clients and defense counsel.
•Active property and casualty adjuster license preferred (or strong equivalent claims background).
