Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, execute, and complete preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM), including generating/closing work orders, liaising with vendors, raising permits, and retrieving SOP/RA/PTP and PM checklists.
  • •Manage progressive maintenance activities by planning, liaising with vendors, reviewing PTP and RA, raising permits, executing and tracking status in tracking files, and preparing/checking inventories.
  • •Support root cause analysis by assisting in 8D report adoption with 5-Whys, verifying suspected root causes, and performing corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence.
  • •Administer and maintain documentation for SOP, risk assessment, energy isolation procedures, and pre-task plans; ensure maintenance records and equipment history traceability.
  • •Supervise outsourced contract providers, attend troubleshooting/system recovery, and support installation supervision plus start-up testing and commissioning of new equipment and system expansions.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) covering at least 90% of the mechanical engineering diploma course, with minimum 3 years of relevant mechanical field experience.
  • •Strong knowledge of maintenance practices and installation work, with hands-on maintenance experience of mechanical systems such as MAU, VLF, RCU, AHU, FCU, exhaust systems, wet scrubbers/abatement, chillers, cooling towers, pumps, and related equipment.
  • •Ability to analyze maintenance/overhaul service reports and to understand and use schematic/single-line drawings and equipment/system documentation.
  • •Ability to perform equipment maintenance/overhauls and collaborate in a team environment with professionals at various levels.
  • •Ability to analyze PLC drawings; experience/knowledge of Electrical VSD is a plus.
