Key Responsibilities

  • •Embed with intelligence analysts to understand goals, constraints, and workflows, and translate them into technical solutions with clear success criteria.
  • •Identify highest-leverage opportunities to improve intelligence collection and productize work so it’s adopted and durable.
  • •Design, build, and own AI-powered internal applications end-to-end, including back-end services, APIs, data storage, infrastructure, and user interfaces.
  • •Develop custom agentic solutions using state-of-the-art models to augment and scale intelligence workflows.
  • •Own projects end-to-end—technical design, architecture, scoping, delivery, iteration, and ongoing support; continuously evaluate impact and iterate.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of full-stack software engineering experience building scalable web applications, services, and APIs.
  • •Strong product sense to identify and ship the highest-impact, scalable solutions people keep using.
  • •Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript with strong back-end and systems engineering skills.
  • •Experience building backend systems and working with datastores such as Postgres/pgvector, Pinecone, and Redis, plus designing APIs.
  • •Hands-on curiosity with AI tools and applications (modern models, agentic IDEs, or AI-enabled workflows/prototypes).
