Key Responsibilities

  • •Define manufacturing technology and digital transformation roadmap including technology scouting, strategy, and programming
  • •Lead and/or execute digital transformation projects
  • •Collaborate to initiate and execute improvement projects linked to manufacturing processes and operations
  • •Collaborate with technology development partners (internal & external) to trial and industrialize I4.0 technologies
  • •Manage competence and provide training/deployment for digital technology

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in computer science, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • •At least 4-6 years of experience in leading & executing factory digitization projects
  • •Hands-on experience in design and development of digital transformation projects in factory/manufacturing environment
  • •Proven ability to translate factory business processes into digital solutions that optimize resource utilization and reduce cycle time
  • •Solid understanding of LEAN manufacturing principles and their application in digitalization projects to enhance efficiency and eliminate waste
