Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee unloading and loading operations, ensuring safety parameters and proper equipment are used per cargo weight and SOPs
  • •Survey rake conditions and report mismatches or damages to the documentation team with photographic evidence
  • •Adhere to unloading/loading SOPs and SWA processes; raise safety concerns as needed
  • •Coordinate with contractors and internal teams to ensure timely, safe, and compliant cargo handling
  • •Monitor shift productivity and optimize use of equipment and resources while ensuring safety standards

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
  • •Ability to understand and apply unloading/loading safety SOPs and SWA processes
  • •Strong documentation and reporting skills for discrepancies or damages
  • •Proactive communication with team leads, supervisors, and contractors
