  • •Design, develop, test, deploy, and support AI software components across foundation model training, LLM inference, similarity search, guardrails, model evaluation, experimentation, governance, and observability.
  • •Leverage open-source and SaaS AI technologies including AWS Ultraclusters, Hugging Face, VectorDBs, Nemo Guardrails, and PyTorch.
  • •Invent and introduce state-of-the-art LLM optimization techniques to improve performance (scalability, cost, latency, throughput).
  • •Contribute to the technical vision and long-term roadmap of foundational AI systems.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 197,300 - 225,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/AI/Electrical or Computer Engineering (or related) plus 4+ years developing AI/ML algorithms/technologies, or a Master’s degree plus 2+ years.
  • •At least 4 years programming with Python, Go, Scala, or Java.
  • •6+ years deploying scalable, responsible AI solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, or equivalent private cloud.
  • •Experience designing, developing, delivering, and supporting AI services.
  • •Experience developing AI/ML algorithms (e.g., LLM inference, similarity search, VectorDBs, guardrails, memory) using Python, C++, C#, Java, or Golang.
