Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute recovery strategies to reduce non-performing loans and bad debt provisions.
  • •Act as the primary legal strategist for the recovery department, ensuring all actions comply with financial regulations and debt collection laws.
  • •Manage high-level engagements with external stakeholders, including law enforcement agencies, regulatory bodies, and external counsel, to expedite the resolution of non-performing loans (NPLs).
  • •Design the recovery organisation and supervise the hiring process for recovery talent
  • •Optimise the effectiveness of the recovery team by setting clear objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
