Key Responsibilities

•Define and maintain the enterprise component library, token architecture, federated governance model, roadmap, versioned releases, prioritized backlog, and adoption metrics as a product.
•Vet contributions end to end, enforce WCAG 2.1 AA compliance, and manage semantic versioning, deprecation policies, and migration support.
•Structure the design system for AI and design-to-code delivery using machine-readable metadata, structured annotations, token mapping, naming conventions, and human-in-the-loop control points.
•Manage Storybook as the living enterprise reference, including documentation standards, accessibility testing, visual regression testing, and self-service usability.
•Drive adoption through enablement, reporting, people leadership, mentoring Systems Designers, and representation in governance forums.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 128,000 - 216,000 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience in product or UX design.
•3+ years owning or leading an enterprise-scale design system for multiple product teams and frameworks.
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in design, human-computer interaction, or related field.
•Demonstrated expertise in WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards and enterprise design system governance.
•Experience with Figma library architecture across multiple consuming teams.
