Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead development and management of project strategic plans and program initiatives to meet owner goals.
  • •Lead the design, engineering, and construction team through planning, design, preconstruction, and construction activities.
  • •Initiate and lead procurement of design, construction, and consultant services.
  • •Oversee architectural and engineering drawings and bid documents, and lead value engineering sessions to reduce cost.
  • •Develop, monitor, and update the master project budget and schedule; provide budget/schedule analysis and manage project accounting and closeout documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of related experience and/or training.
  • •Prior experience working with high-rise, high-end interior projects and demanding clients is strongly desired.
  • •Proven track record managing multiple projects in varying stages simultaneously and delivering under pressure in fast-paced environments.
  • •Commercial interior renovations project and/or construction management experience is preferred.
  • •In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products including MS Office, MS Project, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.
